We also accept other insurances, please contact us to verify if your insurance is accepted.

Please be advised that some plans, such as HMO's, require referrals from a primary care provider prior to being seen.

Unfortunately, we do not accept the following insurances: Car Insurance, Medicaid, STAR Plans, CHIP Plans, Scott & White Health, or Worker's Compensation.
